I am passionate about inquiry and choose to conduct as such where my students, if given a choice, may choose to work with me. Their choice reflects their belief in the development of the work that we are creating. There is a constructivist stance that we adopt for integrating knowledge but there are also social and humanistic approaches that we adopt in our investigations. The social approach encapsulates we coming from very different backgrounds that color our visions as we approach production and analysis. The humanistic approach pertains to a profound respect we have for each other because our visions are tied to deep-seated beliefs that are difficult to change. There is a process in transforming our beliefs with knowledge integration that takes qualitative time, and requires support.
